吴猛：从传播学视角看，情绪传播是个体或群体通过特定媒介，完成情绪表达、情绪感染与情绪聚合的传播过程。它与传统传播范式最根本的区别在于，传统传播以客观事实为唯一锚点，公众基于事实信息完成对企业的价值判断；而在情绪传播语境下，情感与情绪成为公众信息接收的重要筛选标准，公众对企业的评判逻辑从“事实对错”转向“情绪与事实并重”。
