第二百六十二条 发生海上保险事故，被保险人应当立即通知保险人，并采取必要的合理措施，防止或者减少损失。被保险人收到保险人发出的有关采取防止或者减少损失的合理措施的特别通知的，应当按照保险人通知的要求处理。
